Current information
Starting this year, in addition to HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis C, we are also testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea. To meet the unexpectedly high demand with staff and additional testing slots, we need to reorganize our scheduling and processes. To ensure you can always access our services as quickly and easily as possible, testing will only be available by appointment going forward. In exchange, we expect to offer more appointment options and an additional testing day starting in May.
Walk-in appointments?
You can view and book regular testing appointments online. If appointments are canceled, we’ll make them available for online booking again at short notice. If that’s no longer possible (e.g., if an appointment for the same day is canceled), we’re happy to offer it to walk-in clients upon request. So if you’re able to drop by for a test on very short notice, feel free to ask us via Messenger about any slots that have opened up. You can reach us via Signal, WhatsApp, and Telegram (messages only, no calls).
When you book a testing appointment with us, we always set aside enough time for a consultation (Testing Consultation). So if you have questions about specific topics (e.g., HIV, STIs, PrEP, testing sites, vaccination and protection options) and would like to get advice in a face-to-face conversation on-site, please take advantage of this opportunity and let us know during your appointment.
Phone & Chat Counseling
In addition to phone counseling, where you can reach us during specific office hours (see below), we also offer you the option of chat counseling via Messenger (Signal, WhatsApp, Telegram) at any time. So feel free to message us anytime; we’ll get back to you as soon as we have the capacity and it fits into our schedule. One more request: We do not respond to messages that simply say “Hello.” Please write your specific concern directly.
