• Select an available appointment in the calendar overview and enter the required information.
  For anonymous use, you can use a pseudonym instead of your real name.
• Enter a valid email address that you have access to.
  Immediately after booking your appointment, we will send you a confirmation email.
  This will contain a link to our online questionnaire, which asks for all the relevant information we need for the test consultation.
• Click on the link in the confirmation email and fill out the questionnaire before your appointment.
  Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be shown your individual consultation code.
  Make a note of this code and give it to us at the start of your appointment.
